Frank and his wife met with us to discuss buying and owner financed house that we were marketing. Frank decided he would have a home inspection done and gave us a deposit to keep the property off the market until he decided what he wanted to do. After determining that it wasn’t a good fit we gave Frank his deposit back and we continue to talk about doing business.
